Synchronize your breath with movement with our Vinyasa Flow Classes. Open to all levels, this class increases strength and flexibility. All classes are unique and set to music. Move and groove, build heat from the inside out, and discover limitless possibilities in Vinyasa Flow.

POWER HOUR

This is a one-hour vinyasa class with a higher intensity. All levels are welcome.

YOGA FOR LIMITED MOBILITY

Everyone should benefit from yoga! This is a limited mobility class. This class uses props and chairs for assistance in poses. Work toward self-acceptance of physical limits with this body positive class. Enhance your mood & self-esteem with this creative yoga practice.

YOGA EN ESPANOL

Yoga en Espanol is a Vinyasa class instructed in Spanish.

CYCLE STRETCH

Enjoy this 30 minute stretch created for cyclists before their ride. Designed by a physical therapist for the maximum mobility and enhancement in cycling. Whether you are cycling around town, on your way for a century ride or anywhere in between, Cycle Stretch will prepare you for the optimal ride!

YIN

Low to the ground, slow-paced, passive yoga which allows practitioners to experience deep stretches in the midst of stillness. Poses are held without effort and full of ease for several minutes at a time allowing connective tissue and joints to lengthen. Join us for this meditative practice. Yinning IS winning!
